I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
My work sits at the intersection of labour economics and public policy, with a focus on how social and economic policies shape the economic well-being of individuals.
Currently, my research explores three key areas: understanding the economic disparities between immigrant and non-immigrant seniors, examining the evolving landscape of the care economy, and evaluating the impact of family-friendly policies on parents.
